  • What is the difference between subscription and standard plans?

    All subscriptions plans require a minimum 3-month contract with a minimum of 10 hours of service provided per month. Unused service hours do not rollforward.

    Standard plans do not require a contract or minimum number of service hours.

    Companies can potentially benefit from reduced rates with subscription plans and are ideal for short or long term jobs or for companies that need recurring services.

  • What types of services do we provide?

    Planning and Analysis to include: strategic tax and financial planning, creation of budgets and financial projections, cash flow management.

    Business and Operational Consulting to include: review and recommendations of company structure, organizational charts and day to day operations to maximize margins and operational efficiences.

    Growth Strategies to include: assistance with M&A due diligence, management of accounting system implementations and upgrades, service and product line creation.

    Financial Reporting to include: compilation of financial statements, financial statement review and advising of cost saving opportunities and inefficiences, interim financial roles.

  • Standard services have two plans - basic and advanced. How do these two plans differ?

    All standard plans are billed hourly with no contracts or minimum service hour requirements. Pricing is based on the complexity of your transactions ranging from basic to advanced. Advanced plans generally involve services that require transaction-specific research with related supporting documentation.   • Is there a discount for long-term subscription commitments?
