Our team is lead by Crystal Barrow McKinney who is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennnsylvania and Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with an Executive Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Accounting and Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Crystal has nearly two decades of combined enterepreneurial, corporate, private and international accounting & finance experience having lived in Dubai, U.A.E. as an expat. She has held numerous roles at various Fortune 500 and private companies from Big 4 accounting roles, FP&A, Finance Director, Controller to Chief Financial Officer and has managed up to $1B in revenue. As a serial entrepreneur Crystal has (co)founded multiple startups including creation of new tech and managed a successful exit.

Crystal believes that the same financial strategies utilized by large conglomerates can be applied on a smaller scale to create sustainable, scalable businesses in our local communities.
